Susan has been part of Chicago's real estate industry her entire life, with construction titans/family friends' Paschen & McHugh as mentors in addition to her Slovak grandparents who started with one six flat and the "family real estate building business" was born. Her father Eugene R Corley, dubbed the Grandfather of Golf Course Communities (Mission Hills CC Nbrk, Crystal Tree Golf & CC Orland Pk, The Courts at Conway Farms & Stonebridge, Lake Forest) by The Chicago Tribune, took Susi under his wing at an early age as he built & sold award winning communities throughout Chicagoland. He built/owned over 2400 apartments in the City of Chicago & his high-rises helped shape both the Chicago skyline & south Florida's Gulf Coast. Susan began learning the business from the ground up by selling Corley development properties and has been immersed in the business ever since.
A Graduate of TCU w/a degree in Business & Journalism. The 2nd largest international advertising firm Needham Harper Worldwide/Chicago recruited Susan as a media liaison to Fortune 500 clients such as Anheuser Busch, General Mills & Purina. She led the launch team to introduce NutraSweet to the global media at GD Searle Headquarters.
As Director of Sales & Marketing along with Richard J Turk, Susan led the companies' second generation. Her accomplishments not only enhanced the award winning reputation of the company, she ushered in a new era, instilling the highest standards in all aspects of professional sales training, state of the art sales office, model home design & award winning advertising/PR. Susan drew stellar sales results ahead of schedule and within budget.
