I began my real estate career in the late 1980s, entering the industry during one of its most challenging market environments. After several successful years, I stepped away to pursue opportunities in the corporate world before returning to Ann Arbor and opening Regrets Only, a small gift and stationery shop first in Kerrytown and then on Main Street downtown.
Owning and operating Regrets Only proved invaluable. It allowed me to become a familiar face in the community, build long-term relationships, and earn the trust of clients during some of the most meaningful moments in their lives. Those relationships — and the deep understanding of this area that this provided — continue to shape how we approach real estate today.
Today, I work alongside my daughter, Lisa, bringing together decades of experience and a shared, hands-on approach to serving clients. We know these neighborhoods because they are our neighborhoods, and we are passionate about maintaining the value, integrity, and character of the community we call home.
