Originally from Texas, David Tunley is a newly licensed real estate professional excited to bring a straightforward, people-first approach to the Michigan real estate market. After earning a master's degree in security studies and cybersecurity from Georgetown University, David is expanding his professional experience by adding real estate to his background—an industry he appreciates for its energy, pace, and meaningful impact on people's lives.
Having lived across five states and transacted through multiple homes, David understands how overwhelming the process can feel. That perspective shapes the way he works: practical, calm, and focused on helping clients make clear, confident decisions at every step.
Now part of the @properties Christie's International Real Estate team in Michigan, David is excited to build roots in the community he and his husband joined this year. At home, he is usually with his two Great Pyrenees dogs, who ensure there is never a dull moment.
