Carrie Goodman possesses a great deal of knowledge when it comes to local real estate. Growing up in Morton Grove, Carrie eventually found homes in Wheeling, Buffalo Grove, and currently Arlington Heights. Living in the Chicagoland area her entire life; driving its expressways, experiencing all that it has to offer culturally and exploring it's neighborhoods, shows why she has so much success in the North and Northwest suburbs.   Throughout the home buying or selling process, it is important to Carrie to communicate details along every step of the way. Through years of experience, Carrie has recognized that trust between client and agent is key to a successful deal. Her empathy and intuition have led to great success in her years as a Realtor. In 2017, she won the coveted Road to the Rolex award from @properties in recognition of achieving $10 million in sales and she continues to maintain that high standard. She gives back professionally by mentoring and training new agents, which she finds gratifying. She understands how hard it is to reinvent yourself and start a new career. She knows this because she experienced it. Prior to becoming a Realtor, she was a loan closer. In this capacity, she learned the mortgage and title side of real estate.

When she's not wearing her agent hat, she volunteers with the @givesback Community Fund and has been a sponsor of Buffalo Grove Pride. Carrie is an active member of Buffalo Grove's Congregation Beth Am.  She enjoys practicing yoga and her biggest source of personal pride is her family.

"Several years ago, my mom gave me a mailer she had received promoting the sale of a unit around the corner from hers in the Lake Arlington Towne complex. I explained to mom that, when the time came that she/we needed to sell, it was unlikely that she would be able to sell for a comparable amount given she had made no updates or improvements in 33 years. But I put Carrie Goodman's mailer in the file with my mom's important papers. Mom passed in August 2020, and we were faced with cleaning out and selling 2546 Hunter Drive. Once we had donated most of the furniture to charity, stripped all of the hideous wallpaper and had the entire unit painted, we called Carrie to explain the situation. Thanks (or no thanks!) to COVID we had our first meeting with Carrie via FaceTime.
