Born in Chicago and raised on the North side, Andy has developed a keen understanding of what each individual neighborhood has to offer. Andy loves what he does and his commitment to create an exceptional experience for his clients paired with his straightforward knack for negotiation makes him an excellent fit for real estate.
Andy is part of the Scott Stavish Group, which has been involved in over 600 transactions, totaling nearly $300 Million in sales in 20 years of business. Since starting his real estate career in 2013, Andy has created success for more than 90 clients with sales totaling over $30 Million, proving himself a valuable asset to both his team and his clientele.
Andy is there to alleviate the pressures and stress of a deal. He will quarterback the transaction between agents, lenders, attorney and inspectors while being a trusted advisor to his clients.
Previous to becoming a Realtor, Andy spent many years in the restaurant industry. This helped Andy develop a strong business sense and ability to quickly analyze issues and create solutions. The experience Andy gained managing restaurants also honed his excellent communication skills through years of one-on-one interactions. Managing restaurants also meant managing many different personalities between customers, employees and vendors - a skill set that has translated into successfully managing the many facets of a real estate transaction, negotiating with other agents and communicating with lenders and attorneys.
Andy has spent his career working tirelessly to ensure all of his clients' needs are accommodated. He recognizes that owning a home is extremely personal and, for most people, real estate is the largest asset they will own. Andy's ability to easily manage the flow of each transaction while communicating with each client along the way is something he takes great pride in.
In his free time Andy enjoys spending time with his kids, playing hockey, golf and jujitsu. As an avid Chicago sports fan, you may catch him at a Hawks, Bears or Cubs game. He also enjoys the great food, drink and music scene the city has to offer.
