I am James Strother, a Real Estate Agent based in Lafayette, Indiana. I have been licensed since March 2026 and joined @properties in April 2026. I graduated from William Henry Harrison High School in 2017 and currently reside in West Lafayette, though I've lived throughout Tippecanoe County and am familiar with the surrounding communities.
Alongside real estate, I work part-time at UPS, which has strengthened my work ethic, time management, and attention to detail. Outside of work, I enjoy riding motorcycles and playing guitar, which keeps me grounded and creative.
I take pride in helping people feel comfortable and confident throughout the buying and selling process. Real estate can be a major life decision, and I aim to make that experience as clear, straightforward, and stress-free as possible.
