I have been a local, real estate consultant in Lake County since 1992. So I've lived through all the ups and downs in the housing market. Year to date in 2018 my listing sales prices have average 101.2% above list price, with an average market time of 6 days. It's very important to be there for my client to walk them through the ins and outs of the selling and buying process. My work is not done when you have an offer. There are dates to keep track of, activities to coordinate, and lenders to follow up with, so the transction can proceed smoothly to closing.
I made the change to @properties over 4 years ago because of the amazing marketing and support tools they provide. Over 90% of people now use the internet to begin their real estate search.
