Clients are saying:
"We have purchased a number of homes in our lifetime, but we have never had as pleasurable experience as working with Neil. He was always there for us, day or night. He went above and beyond the duties that I would consider a typical real estate broker to fill. He took the time to truly understand what both my husband and I were looking for and helped us visualize what our options were. Throughout the buying/selling process, it would not be uncommon to hear "what does Neil say?" come out of both our mouths. In this regard, he was more like a trusted adviser than a broker.
We went into this entire process blind and Neil was able to line up a fantastic team of proven professionals with whom he has a great working relationship with. Lenders, attorneys, painters, carpet cleaners and even landscapers. Buying or selling a home is quite a daunting task and having Neil guide you through the process and leverage his extensive network takes much of the stress out of it.
Do yourself a favor and call him. You will not be disappointed!"
"It was an absolute pleasure working with Neil! He listened to what we wanted & helped guide us along the way. We were prepared for a long search but ended up finding a house much sooner than we thought we would. I loved talking renovations with him and he helped give us some ideas too!"
"I introduced Neil to my aunt as she was preparing to sell her house to move into a retirement community because I knew he was a knowledgeable and trustworthy person that would represent her interests well. This was her first time selling a home so she required quite a bit of guidance. Neil's expertise and patience were vital in getting her house sold and closed with ease. He handles every hurdle like a pro and had a solution for every problem we encountered. Understand that he didn't merely make suggestions and leave us to handle things, he contributed everything in his arsenal to pave the way for resolution. By the way, his calm and positive attitude were a real blessing when things got stressful for my aunt! I wasn't going to trust just anyone to be my aunt's agent, and I knew Neil was a good choice, but he honestly did so much more than anyone could have expected. Ultimately, Neil didn't just represent my aunt, he really took care of her. I cannot praise him enough. Thank you, Neil!"
"My wife and I were first time home buyers so we were overwhelmed with the idea of buying a house. We started using Zillow in the fall of 2015 and quickly realized a realtor would be the best route to finding our first home. Neil popped up on Zillow and we decided to meet with him in person at Starbucks. The way he presented himself was a relaxed, friendly and engaging realtor. Right away we knew we were going to have a great experience with Neil. He always listened to our requests and his knowledge and experience helped move us in the right direction until we finally found our house. We ended up visiting 20+ homes and never once did Neil put pressure on us to put an offer on a house. We highly recommend Neil Williams to anyone that is interested in buying a house especially if you are a first time home buyer. He is the best in the area.
