Alisha brings a strategic, results-driven approach to real estate, backed by over a decade of leadership and operations experience. She transitioned into real estate driven by a passion for investing and helping clients build long-term wealth through smart acquisitions.
She specializes in working with investors focused on fix-and-flip projects, BRRRR strategies, and long-term rentals. Alisha has personally completed four BRRRR deals in the Indianapolis market, all of which she self-manages, giving her hands-on insight across acquisition, renovation, and portfolio growth.
A graduate of the Kelley School of Business at IUPUI, Alisha holds a degree in Human Resources and Business Management with a certificate in Leadership Studies. Her background strengthens her strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and ability to guide clients through complex transactions.
Known for her analytical mindset and attention to detail, Alisha is passionate about helping investors identify opportunities, manage risk, and scale their portfolios.
Outside of real estate, she enjoys traveling, hosting gatherings, and exploring new restaurants and events with her husband, Drew.
