Ted relocated to Old Mission Peninsula in 2008, drawn by the region's natural beauty and Midwestern sensibility. He earned his California real estate license in 1988 and has built an extensive career in residential real estate as an agent, investor, and property manager — alongside a parallel career in advertising and marketing, where he managed marketing programs and client relationships.
Raised in Los Angeles, Ted grew up immersed in sailing, surfing, and outdoor sports, with a particular passion for windsurfing that earned him North American and European Champion titles.
