Clients are saying:
""Kerry Wolfe did a terrific job of selling our mother’s home. He was extremely attentive, responsive and knowledgeable. He also understood our needs and his recommendations were spot on. We were simply thrilled that Kerry sold our home after only 3 weeks on the market, and during the slowest time of year. And, after our home sold, when it was no longer his responsibility, Kerry was with us every step of the way, right through the closing. If you’re selling your home, or buying one, run, don’t walk , to hire Kerry. Simply the best!""
"Kerry shows great attention to detail, anticipating concerns and questions beforehand, which eases the whole process. He brings his years of expertise both in real estate and in law, to the project, which allows the homeowner/seller to concentrate on the issues in front of them. We felt comfort and security in how Kerry represented us and in how he deals with the other side. Ethics is a strong suit with Kerry and that leads to a great outcome for all!"
"Kerry was extremely helpful and responsive when it came to both getting our house ready for sale and guiding us toward a realistic list price that was based on a thorough analysis of market comparables with input and assistance from fellow brokers. Must have worked as we received and accepted an offer in 2 days. He was also involved in all phases of both the sale of our residence and the purchase of our new home. This included showings, inspections, and closings which shows the level of investment and commitment he makes to his clients ."
"I’ve known Kerry for about 20 years and have always been impressed by his work ethics, consummate professionalism and willingness to go an extra mile to reach the goal . Punctual, attentive to details and very knowledgeable in both real estate and law Kerry brings to the table a rare set of skills. I highly recommend him for real estate transactions as well as matters of legal nature."
"I couldn't have had a better experience. Kerry did a great job of showing my property, made what turned out to be some great suggestions, and put out several fires along the way."
