Her business results are impressive: with her listing price to sales price averaging 98% vs. the market at 96% and her average days on market at and the market average is 31.

Prior to joining the real estate industry, Connie worked in sales and marketing for Procter & Gamble and SCJ Johnson Wax. "I have found the marketing, negotiation and client service skills I honed in my previous career, on top of my first-hand experience purchasing renovating and selling my own properties, are invaluable," she says, adding that she owns multiple real estate investments and has rehabbed many others. "This frequent participation in the market keeps me current on the cost of acquisition, lending options and legal hurdles, allowing my customers the most seamless and gratifying process."

Earning the title of Rookie of the Year from Property Consultants during her first year as a broker, she has regularly received industry recognition ever since. For the past 22 years, she has been ranked as a top producer by the Chicago Association of Realtors, and this year, upon joining @properties, she was awarded a Rolex for her production levels, in 2021 she was a Crains featured outstanding broker in Chicago. She has also been featured in the Chicago Tribune, The Sun Times, The New York Times and in Wes Moss' book entitled, "Starting From Scratch," which chronicles people who made an entrepreneurial leap.

Connie is a proud and tired mother of a teenage son. Together, they enjoy skiing, biking, traveling and finding forever homes for rescue dogs. She is active in her community, She's served on a local school council, preps meals at a transitional living program, and led a Cub Scout den she founded. She also volunteered for over a decade at a homeless youth shelter and has fostered teenagers in the past.
