Vanessa Rankins, of @properties Christie's International Real Estate, based in Chicago, and working out of the Oak Park office, is a 20-year veteran of the real estate industry and has represented clients all over Chicagoland. Vanessa has built a solid foundation of clients through her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always put her client's needs first.
Passionate about the new homebuyer and the novice investor, Vanessa has continued to leverage her know-how and experience to exceed her client's expectations.
Active in the community, Vanessa was a proud part of the Maywood Housing Authority, a not-for-profit organization that governed the finances of the Housing Choice Voucher program administered by Housing Urban and Development. She now sits on the Board of NOMCO (Neighbors of Maywood Community Organization).
In her free time, Vanessa loves spending time with her grandchildren and sewing. Spending time volunteering in her church and outings with her friends and family which is never something Vanessa takes for granted.
