He also directed specialized production acquisitions, like the purchase of a 1,500 square foot private island for $1.00! Working directly with top company talent, Jason secured an off-market residence and oversaw a multi-million-dollar custom renovation, managing architectural design, structural changes, contractor procurement, and strict privacy protocols.
With hundreds of homes sold and decades of experience on job sites, his construction background helps him flag possible concerns like deferred maintenance, structural or mechanical issues, and other costly pitfalls during walk-throughs before an inspector even arrives.
