Being a life-long native of the Chicago area; growing up in Park Ridge and long-term homeowner in Bucktown. Dale has a vast knowledge of both the city and the suburbs: resources, housing trends, neighborhoods and communities.


Dale’s 25+ years in the industry including: design, construction and property management and sales management. Thereby making him extremely knowledgeable in new construction, design and renovation to truly engage as an advocate to assertively market your home. Dale earned two Master degrees: one in Business Administration and one in Architectural Management, along with a Bachelor of Architecture degree from The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
