A native of the northern suburbs of Chicago, Randy graduated from Bradley University in 1999 and started Classic Vending Inc (now Tradecraft Outfitters) and quickly helped to turn the small business into a thriving, multimillion-dollar company. In 2006 he sold his interest in the business with the intention of applying his proven talent as an entrepreneur in the realm of real estate. Harmonizing his extensive business knowledge with his passion for Chicago homes, Randy has once again succeeded in growing a booming business from the ground up.

Over the last 12 years, in the midst of a very challenging real estate marketplace, Randy has found success closing over $135 million in sales over 450 total transactions. Randy is consistently in the top 5% of all Chicago agents and ranked in the top 1% of Chicago brokers in 2016. Randy has built a loyal client base and is fortunate to work mainly through referrals. His laid-back yet professional approach is appealing to both buyers and sellers and the energy and dedication he brings to his clients are unsurpassed. 

Randy currently resides in the Andersonville neighborhood of Chicago and is also an active landlord. Outside of real estate, he enjoys live music and traveling. He recently was named by Crain's as one of the "Most influential residential real estate brokers in Chicago" in 2018, and is privileged to sit on the board of Climb To Safety which teaches financial literacy through early education.
