Joe was born and raised on the North Shore and has been a resident of downtown Chicago's Streeterville and River North neighborhoods for the past 16 years. He has an intimate knowledge of Chicago and is an expert in the downtown market specifically as well as the North Shore suburbs.
He began his career in real estate in 1999 by investing in several downtown condominium projects and most recently has been investing in single-family homes throughout the North shore, having completed over 25 successful rehab projects in the past 4 years alone. He has also owned many other successful businesses throughout his career, including being a downtown Chicago franchisee for a major gourmet sandwich shop chain.
