What’s important, what’s not?  Buyers and sellers are flooded with information, whether from the internet or their neighbors.  That’s where I come in--your real estate guide.  If today's markets have taught us anything, it is to buy and sell smart. My service is to guide you to a well-informed choice: to discern what is pertinent to our local markets and how it affects your buying and selling decisions.  My job is to help you sell at the best price in the shortest amount of time.  To do this I help you stage your home, use professional photography, market it to the broadest audience possible and above all help you price your home correctly.

As a Western Suburb Generalist I follow the markets in many communities, not just one.  This allows me to show you more than one town and compare their strengths accurately and carefully.  You may think you want town X and end up buying in town Y.  Communities I’ve sold in include: Oak Park, River Forest, Riverside, La GrangePark, La Grange, Western Springs, Hinsdale, Naperville, Brookfield, Berwyn, Geneva, Park Ridge, and Chicago.  Prices have ranged from $90,000 to $1,500,000.  As a resident of Riverside, I have a special affinity for all it offers: curvy streets, green space, great schools, and diverse architecture.  I became a Realtor because I was frustrated with Realtors.  I thought my financial services background, love of technology, knowledge of architecture, and passion for helping could make me stand out and succeed.  And it has. I have been a top producer for 13 years running.

2014 awards include: Baird & Warner Presidents Club, Shortest Listing Market Time, Top 10 in Units, Highest List to Sale Ratio, Million $ Club.  Clients rely on my accountability, ability to explain the process, and patience.  From the smallest details like always having a flashlight, tape measure, and digital camera with me to keeping the bigger picture in mind, my assistance is on point, timely, and well informed. Despite what many people believe, real estate isn't an intuitive process and since most people only purchase/sell a few homes in their lifetime, a guide is crucial.
