Cindy Maher brings a fresh, seasoned perspective to the Lakefront market. Together with her partner Fred Geldermann, they have completed over 500 transactions totaling over $130 million in sales. Cindy brings over 20 years proven business experience to her work in real estate. In her management roles for various Fortune 500 companies, she demonstrated a keen acumen for sales and marketing, business planning and strategy development. These skills give her a unique edge and innovative approach to selling a property, and play a crucial role in her ability to procure the best possible price for her sellers, in the shortest amount of time.

Cindy & Fred have one overriding philosophy and that is we always look out for the best interest of our clients. We are not the typical real estate agents who just want you to buy or sell a property. Cindy's expertise extends into the area's farm and horse properties. Having grown up on a ranch in North Dakota, which her family still owns and operates, she understands what determines land value, whether her clients are looking to buy or sell, or use the land for agriculture or leisure.

A resident of Lake Geneva for 20 years, Cindy serves on the boards of numerous local charities, is willing to jump in and help with any community activity and is an avid paddle boarder, boater and golfer.
