Clients are saying:
"We met Cindy on whim and it ended up being a fantastic connection. It took us many months and MANY showings to find our home, and Cindy stuck with us through all the ups and downs. She made the process seamless and enjoyable and kept us laughing the whole time. Very thankful to have found her!"
"Cindy sold our house in less than one week. She’s an amazing agent who is a great listener and made our experience selling our home easy and stressless."
"Cindy has a deep understanding of the Chicago North Shore real estate market and immediately made recommendations about how my house should be marketed. I had already repainted and done upgrades and she said the house was ready to list. The recommendation of starting price was right on and led to 18 visits by buyers in two weeks, with two offers. The Buyers she recommended were very easy to work with, even though we had a three week close. Cindy worked well with the Buyers agent and my lawyer, both of whom she already knew. The inspections and close went very well and I was pleased with the professional manner in which Cindy completed the sale of my house. I highly recommend her."
"Cindy was absolutely wonderful and I couldn't have asked for anything more in a realtor. It was our first home purchase and she was patient and answered all of our questions. She took the time to make sure we were in the right house and that everything was as perfect as possible. What I also love is that she still calls us to check in and make sure everything is going well. Thank you so much Cindy!"
"I cannot recommend Cindy highly enough! My 80-year-old mother had been trying to sell her house of more than 30 years, and had already tried working with several realtors, without success.
Then mom found Cindy. From the moment they began collaborating, it was clear that this was the right match. Not only did Cindy have a vast knowledge of the area and the housing market, but she also had enormous reserves of patience. She was somehow able to achieve the perfect balance of action and compassion.
The bonus was, once mom's house had a buyer, Cindy also helped her find a fabulous apartment at a vibrant Senior Community in Evanston! This was invaluable, given that my mother suddenly had a deadline, but absolutely no idea where she wanted to go. And since I live 1000 miles away, it simply wasn't possible for me to go looking for places with her. Thanks to Cindy, the entire process was smooth and seamless. It allowed me to keep breathing, throughout, knowing that my mother was in such good hands. I will always be deeply grateful."
