Stephanie has lived in Chicago almost all of her life and has developed an intricate knowledge of the city and its neighborhoods. Stephanie fell in love with real estate in 2004 when she began looking for her first home and realized real estate was her true passion.
Prior to obtaining her Real Estate license, Stephanie worked in IT Project Management for several large companies where she managed complex business & technical solutions, and for a large real estate trust in Class A office space.
In 2005, Stephanie started in her first real estate role as a Lead Buyer’s Agent for a boutique real estate firm that focused on first time home buyers on the Northside of the city. In addition to becoming an expert Buyer’s Agent, Stephanie consulted for a commercial remodeling contractor on large scale renovation projects. Her extensive knowledge in project management and the remodeling business has made her a well-rounded and experienced Real Estate Broker that her loyal client base have grown to trust.
In 2016, Stephanie joined @properties full time as a member of the Christina McNamee Real Estate Team, partnering with one of the Top 3% of Residential Brokers in all of Chicago. The combined experience and knowledge of the team, along with the state-of-the-art digital marketing provided by @properties, allows Stephanie the means to provide the very highest level of service and technology.
