Martha Idler is committed to helping people find the perfect property that transforms a house into a home. Her compassionate nature ensures her clients she is there to help with whatever they need. She understands first-hand how stressful and emotionally-draining the overall moving process can be for buyers and sellers alike, so her main priority is to make their life and the buying/selling process as easy as possible.

Martha managed five corporate relocations for her family between North Carolina's Research Triangle Park and the Chicago area. Having moved so frequently, she is no stranger to the process of buying and selling houses. She developed a passion and deep emotional understanding for the practice, and this drove her to pursue a career as a Real Estate broker.  Her experience being a client and working with different brokers has taught her the qualities a great listing and buyer agent should exemplify, and she strives every day to apply what she has learned to those she represents.

Prior to her Real Estate career, Martha worked in marketing and promotions for News America and Frankel and Company. There she was the VP Director of Sales and Marketing and led a team to provide outstanding sales and excellent customer service to her clients, including Ronald McDonald House Charities, the Country Music Association, the NFL, the NBA and the Arthritis Foundation to name a few.

Martha grew up in the Milwaukee area and graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. After college she moved to Chicago and lived in Wrigleyville, Lincoln Park, Lakeview and Ravenswood Manor. She now resides in Evanston with her husband and two children.
