As a lifelong Chicago resident with more than 20 years of experience as a real estate investor and builder, I bring a unique depth of knowledge and perspective to every client relationship. My extensive understanding of Chicago's neighborhoods, market trends, property values, construction quality, and renovation potential allows me to provide clients with strategic guidance whether they are buying, selling, or investing.

I am committed to helping clients achieve their real estate goals through market expertise, thoughtful counsel, and advanced negotiation skills. By combining a data-driven approach with strong advocacy, I work diligently to maximize value and create successful outcomes in every transaction. My clients benefit not only from my knowledge of the market, but also from my firsthand experience evaluating, building, and investing in real estate.

Prior to my real estate career, I held executive sales positions with Merrill Lynch and Fidelity Investments, where I developed a strong foundation in client service, financial analysis, and relationship management. These experiences reinforced the principles that continue to guide my business today: honesty, integrity, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to client success.

I believe that in both business and life, your reputation is your most valuable asset. Every client interaction is an opportunity to earn trust, deliver exceptional service, and build lasting relationships. My goal is to provide a seamless, professional experience that exceeds expectations at every stage of the real estate journey.

When I'm not assisting clients, I enjoy performing music at the Old Town School of Folk Music, as well as at neighborhood festivals, community events, and charitable fundraisers throughout the Chicago area.
