Prior to joining @properties, Justin was a Talent Management Consultant at Deloitte, as well as Vice President of Learning & Development at Northern Trust. From training and development to managing senior-level relationships, Justin has made a career of ensuring his clients meet and exceed their goals. His experience in executive leadership assessments provides him with a unique ability to ask the right questions, uncovering and understanding clients’ needs.
Originally from Silver Spring, MD, Justin attended East Carolina University where he earned his degree in Business Marketing. Recently, his university honored him with a “40 under 40” leadership award for his professional achievements and community involvement.
