Growing up in a family surrounded by residential new construction, Hollie's interest in real estate, architecture, and design has been lifelong. Her dad and grandfather began their electrical contracting business in the 1940s, servicing developers and individual clients in Chicago and the North Shore suburban areas.
On many occasions, Hollie would accompany her dad on visits to construction sites. There was no compromise on the unparalleled level of service and craftsmanship he provided. Hollie saw the genuine interaction her dad had with people, both developers and purchasers of homes. He knew they were more than just customers. These were people looking for his trust, capability, and advice. They also received kindness, stellar service, and humorous stories.
Between the construction site visits, learning dad's work ethic along with his way of imbuing some lightness into client interactions, and working at the family's lighting fixture store, Hollie learned about people and business from the ground up.
Suburb to City Experience
Raised in the northern suburbs and calling Chicago home for over 40 years, Hollie has a vast repertoire of knowledge about her hometown, including the city's history. She has listed and sold property in the suburbs and many Chicago neighborhoods, including Streeterville, River North, Gold Coast, Old Town, Edgewater, West Loop, Lakeview, Lincoln Park, and others. Hollie has enjoyed condo, loft, townhome, and single-family home living.

These include Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Certified Residential Specialist, and Seller Representative Specialist. She continues to expand her skills with education in technology, real estate webinars/classes, and subscriptions to business, economic, design, and lifestyle periodicals.
