"Always work fully for your client's best interest" - - That's the principle that drives how I work.

Buyers appreciate my background in home remodel and construction and the quality of insights that allows me to offer them.  They also value that I go above and beyond for them and skillfully guide them through the process and that I really know Chicago well.  They know they're in ‘good hands' and that I always do what's in their best interest.  I love working with buyers because it's exciting and because they enjoy it so much.

Sellers appreciate that I do everything possible to grant them maximum exposure and maximum value.  They value my communication throughout the process and the skill and professionalism with which I handle each sale.  It's a great honor to handle what is for many people their most important asset.  I take great pride in that.

Investors appreciate that I am also an investor and that I ‘get it' when it comes to the numbers that create profitability.  They know that I also understand buildings and costs of maintenance, repairs, and remodeling.  I love hearing how investments are working out for my clients.

I'm also available to my clients long after the sale as your local expert – your guy who has ‘got a guy', or who may come fix something himself just for the chance to connect with you again and be of help.  My hope is to live out my faith in everything I do in my business and to be a blessing to each person I work with.

Clients are saying:

"Greg was such a pleasure to work with. From beginning to the closing of our first home , he was there pretty much every step of the way. Greg did not only work hard, but he treated us like family as if it was his own brother looking for a house to buy. Moving from the north side of Chicago to the south side, Greg helped us put the choosing process in perspective (the quality of the house, checking crime rates, considering schools, amenities, and even walking with us around the neighborhood of our prospective house). We can not say enough good things about Greg. It made the stressful home-buying experience pleasant. Highly recommend him to my own family and friends."

"Greg was beyond helpful and professional--he was an exceptional adviser. His candor and experience (fix-it/construction) are must-haves when exploring and evaluating property. He offered us rides to and from meetings because we don't have a car, he kept us in the loop with every step of the process, he met us on our schedule and was always prompt, and along he was funny and engaging. But more than anything, my fiancee and I appreciated his patience with first-time buyers. Out of 5 stars, I'd crank it up to 11 for Greg."

"Greg was very easy to work with and kept our best interests in mind throughout the process of buying our first home. In a "hot" market, it's vital to have a realtor who is on the edge of the curve and not reactionary. Greg was able to get us a showing less than 24hours after the listing was live and advised us on an offer structure that the sellers accepted prior to the first scheduled open house. He also went above and beyond to assist us with lining up an inspector and playing defense with a very pushy seller's attorney. Additionally, Greg has extensive knowledge from his personal experience in gut rehabbing a house and was very honest with us as we considered that path, but ultimately went a different direction. Above all else, Greg has a strong moral compass and will do what's right for the client which can be difficult to find in the Chicago real estate market. We will absolutely use Greg again."

"Greg did an amazing job helping us buy our first house in Chicago! Many of the houses in the city are older and require renovation, and Greg was able to tell us at each showing what could/couldn't be done (new bathroom can go here, this wall is load-bearing, etc) and the approximate renovation cost. I love his laser pointer that tells you exactly how big a room is! He notices red flags like moisture or mechanical issues that I never would have seen, and he is also able to recommend good/ethical/licensed contractors for renovation work. His schedule was super flexible - allowing us to see properties during lunches, afternoons, and weekends. My wife and I felt like we were his only client! Greg has been through the closing process so many times that he was able to help us make effective bids that were lower but more attractive than competing bids. It's all about the little things: like having us write a personal letter to the seller telling them how excited we were for the property. Then he coached us through the inspection process and the right amount to ask for repairs. On top of everything he lent his muscles to help us move in to our new home (lots of heavy items). Greg has a wonderful sense of humor that made the whole process fun, and a humble faith that gives him a rock-solid moral compass. We have already recommended him to other friends, and no surprise he has already delivered for them just like he did for us!"

"When I began looking for a condo I knew nothing about real estate or the Chicago market. Greg was extremely patient with me as I worked through what I ultimately wanted. He was very knowledgeable of the market/neighborhoods as well as value proposition. Greg's knowledge and expertise helped me immensely. Throughout the process he was always looking out for my best interest and was extremely receptive to my ideas and preferences. I would not have been able to make the purchase I made without Greg. His insights during the negotiation process were invaluable. I will undoubtedly use Greg when/if it comes time for me to sell."
