Having spent all of her life in the Chicagoland area, she not only knows the market… she calls it home! Naja brings to you more than 10 years combined of real estate and relationship management expertise. Prior to her real estate career, she honed her relationship management skills as a Fundraiser for LINK Unlimited Scholars and United Way of Metropolitan Chicago. She managed and cultivated several key donor relationships, raised over $15M and successfully solicited countless event sponsorships and product donations. Naja credits her relationship management skills to her fundraising career, "I learned the art of relationship management in my prior career. Fundraisers are often selling "the common good," an intangible product, arguably the hardest type of product to sell. Being a fundraiser I learned to be a good listener, ask the right questions, be sincere and to check my ego at the door. I truly learned to put the best interests of my partners ahead of my end goal, the key to any client-centered business. The common thought is that real estate brokers sell houses but we really sell ourselves and the services we provide. Houses sell themselves."

Naja is a strong supporter of philanthropy and is committed to community leadership. Her affiliations include: United Way of Metropolitan Chicago, Chicago African Americans in Philanthropy, Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.

Naja is a graduate of Purdue University with a BA in Political Science and a minor in Spanish Language and Literature. She lives in Chicago with her husband Darius and their son Daniel Nash.
