Effective What makes an agent effective? In my experience, it's not just one thing. Guiding clients through the successful purchase of a home requires understanding a client's needs, goals and objectives. Listening is critical to a positive and productive relationship. Nothing is more important than creating trust when navigating the ever-changing arena of real estate.

Unique As a lifelong resident of the North Shore and Chicago with 20+ years of experience in real estate including residential sales, consulting and relocation services, my knowledge of the real estate landscape has evolved from living in the communities I serve. From Lake Forest to Chicago along the North Shore, I have experienced first-hand the nuances of these wonderful towns, villages and cities. After all, a home is more than the walls that surround, but an experience - parks and playgrounds, restaurants and retreats - every town has a unique offering.

Skilled Education plays an important role in my understanding of the real estate market and my ability to serve clients' needs, goals and aspirations. Armed with an undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and MBA in Marketing from DePaul University's Kellstadt Graduate School of Management my varied skill set arms me with the tools needed to enact a successful transaction.  My understanding of marketing, strategy, negotiations, planning and communications have enabled me to achieve excellence in the marketplace and customer satisfaction.

Connections As a fourth-generation Chicagoan, I have had the privilege of serving the larger community on a variety of boards, including Lyric Opera of Chicago, Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Garden Guild of Winnetka, Piven Theatre Workshop and Northwestern University.  In my experience, there is no greater joy than in helping others. Whether managing a major fundraising event or hosting a new student treat table at an open house, giving back to the community is always close to my heart.
