A real-estate veteran and Chicago native, Maggie Blondis has been helping clients realize their real-estate goals for over two decades.

Leading with compassion, loyalty and empathy, Maggie gives it her all when helping her clients. Having worked as an actor, substitute teacher, and assisting her sister with opening  La Creperie, the oldest Creperie in the United States, and a staple in the Lakeview neighborhood, Maggie offers her clients a wealth of insight and extensive resources to get maximum exposure in a competitive housing market and see you to a successful close.

Maggie has built many lasting relationships throughout her career in real estate, which is both humbling and a testament to her dedication and commitment to the success of her clients. She has extensive knowledge of the real-estate market and experience working with clients ranging from first-time buyers to experienced investors, and single-family homes to investment properties. Maggie received the prestigious GRI (graduate, Realtor, institute) designation, SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource) designation. Additionally, she took the Welcome Home, Heroes (Homes for Heroes) course to broaden her ability to help a range of clients.

A Chicago native, Maggie is highly knowledgeable of the city and its many neighborhoods. Additionally, she works with clients in Evanston and Skokie, but her experience and clients have brought her all over Chicagoland, from Hyde Park to Lake Bluff.

Maggie attended Marquette University and Graduated from University of Illinois at Chicago with a BA in Speech & Theater with honors. She has been in many commercials and has done film work/ads and theatre. Maggie lives with her husband, a former Fire Lieutenant and Arson investigator, and has a daughter, who teaches in Chicago, and one grandson.
