Innovative yet pragmatic, Olga Lipiszko is the Realtor of choice for Chicagoland buyers and sellers because of her ability to think outside of the box coupled with her love for learning. Not only does she continuously strive to deepen her knowledge of the intricacies of both the industry and the market, but she also willingly shares that information with those who rely on her expertise. Moreover, her unwavering enthusiasm inspires clients' confidence in her commitment to help them attain their real estate goals. Their happiness tops Olga's list of priorities, so she thoughtfully builds relationships rooted in honesty, trust, and mutual respect.

An Elmwood Park native, Olga vividly remembers seeing her father leverage his renovation know-how to establish a property remodeling business during her childhood. She opted to pursue pre-medical studies at Illinois State University, majoring in biological sciences and minoring in psychology in 2017. Her plan to become a physician assistant led her to care for dementia and Alzheimer's patients as a certified nursing assistant throughout her undergraduate studies. After earning her degree, she liaised between pharmaceutical companies and psoriasis and cutaneous lymphoma patients participating in medical trials as a clinical researcher in Northwestern University's Department of Dermatology. While fulfilling, that career left Olga wanting to control her own destiny in a profession that reflects her outgoing personality and passion for making a difference in people's lives. Real estate proved the answer.

Olga's extensive knowledge of the city's downtown and outlying neighborhoods enables her to meet the diverse needs of her clients. In addition to her strong negotiation and 21st century marketing skills, she maintains a close network of partners such as appraisers, mortgage lenders, and contractors because she understands the critical role they play when it comes to buying and selling property. Furthermore, Olga experienced the American dream firsthand as the daughter of Polish immigrants, so she embraces Chicago's rich diversity. She is also bilingual in English and Polish.

A member of the Chicago Association of Realtors and the Junior Board of Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago, Olga's passion outside of real estate is raising awareness for efforts to combat chronic diseases. Her advocacy stems from her own chronic kidney disease, a condition since childhood. This also drives her commitment to fitness and nutrition as well her penchant for healthy cooking. Still, she considers herself a foodie who enjoys exploring Chicago's array of restaurants and those across the U.S. with friends and family. But no matter where she goes and the miles she logs thanks to her cross country travels, Olga takes pride in calling Chicago home and knowing she makes it possible for others to do the same.

Clients are saying:

"Olga was very helpful in finding a great place in the city for me to rent. She is knowledgeable about all things real estate and is a great agent. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy/rent/sell any real estate in the city."

"It was an absolute pleasure working with Olga from the beginning of my home search all the way through closing. She is friendly, proactive, great with following up, and not pushy. As a first time buyer, I had much anxiety and many reservations with buying, but Olga helped me get comfortable and confident with buying. She helped me connect with a great private lender so that I could get the biggest bang for my buck, and that helped with the entire process going smoothly. Olga also attended my closing, which also is apparently not common for many agents, another example of her going above and beyond. I would recommend her in a heartbeat! :)"

"Olga was AMAZING to say the least. She reached out to one of my friends asking if we needed help looking for an apartment or if we knew of anyone looking. We asked for her help and gave her all the information we wanted in an apartment. The very next day she sent us 26 properties for us to choose from, with EVERYTHING we wanted. We had been working with other brokers as well at the time but none of them did what Olga did, she went above and beyond for us. We found our perfect home all because of her and made our lives so much less stressful. She is very caring, sweet, hard working, professional and is passionate at what she does. It was a pleasure working with her and I would recommend her to anyone!!!!

Thank you again Olga, you’re the best!!"

"I had the pleasure of working with Olga as she helped me find my first downtown apartment. Right away, she was very detail oriented in asking about what neighborhoods I was looking in, what amenities I wanted, and what my budget was. Throughout the entire process she kept me in the loop, was always available to answer my questions, and provided me with amazing apartment options, all within my criteria. Within the first few days Olga sent me dozens of amazing options. Immediately I let her know which ones I wanted to set up a tour with and by the end of the day she had them all set up! She was able to get me and my roommates a tour of our now apartment the next day. She offered us all rides but due to our different locations we decided to meet there. She was there early and is so easy to talk to. She was so friendly and just as excited as we were. She was extremely knowledgeable about the place we were seeing and was even to able to offer insight on how we could make the space work. After the tour, we were excited but not ready to make a decision. She let us know that we could reach out whenever and she would continue looking if it wasn’t the place for us. We decided that night we loved it and wanted to move forward. Communication with her was seamless and we were able to sign that weekend. I highly recommend working with Olga. She was so personable, so helpful, and really cares about her clients. I am moving in to my dream apartment in two weeks all thanks to her!"
