A native of the Western Suburbs, Aaron has lived in the great Chicago neighborhoods of Bucktown, Wicker Park and Roscoe Village but like many former city dwellers, the time came for Aaron and his family to move back to the suburbs. He now calls Western Springs his home. After graduating from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, he took an Operations Management position with a prestigious law firm showcasing an extensive portfolio of Fortune 500 companies. This position eventually set the foundation for a successful career in Real Estate. The combination of high-touch service, a desire to always put his client's needs first and a results-driven approach to negotiations have made him uniquely qualified to successfully serve his clients.
Rankings, sales volume and awards are all important to Aaron but they mean little if each of his clients do not trust the process or their agent advocate. Aaron strives to make his clients feel they are heard, understood and are receiving professional, knowledgeable advice during their transactions. With 17 years of experience in both strong and weak markets, Aaron's strength in negotiations, market analysis and use of technology have allowed him to continue to grow his business with a clientele of over 90% personal referrals.
Aaron brings a unique combination of energy, knowledge and passion to his work. His clientele range from first-time homebuyers to down-sizers and everyone in-between. If he is not engaged with clients, you will probably find Aaron coaching one of his children's sports teams or spending time with his family. These things bring him his greatest joy.
