Jamie joined @properties in February, 2019 but has been a licensed real estate broker since 2010. She initially got her real estate license because she watched too many hours of home improvement project shows on TV and wanted to flip houses. What started as a fun hobby to do on the side has turned into something she is passionate about and realized the timing was right to make it a career!
Prior to joining @properties, Jamie worked for 15+ years at global Fortune 500 companies honing her business skills in communications, negotiation, project management, strategy and data analysis. Her attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and perhaps most importantly, people skills, can be leveraged and applied in real estate transactions.
Jamie has a B.S. degree from Bradley University and a M.S. degree from University of Illinois. She is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer. Working with clients over the years (whether they're on a health and wellness journey or the journey to buy a new home) has reinforced her belief that you can't follow a "one size fits all" approach. Jamie prides herself on really listening to her clients and understanding their needs so she can help them reach their goals. Whether you're looking for an apartment, condo or house, she wants to help you find the best fit for your budget and the stage of life you are in!
Jamie grew up in Buffalo Grove and lived in Mt. Prospect before settling in Arlington Heights. She lives in Arlington Heights with her husband, a longtime District 214 educator, and her children who attend Dryden and South Middle School. You'll often find her on the sidelines cheering on her kids at various sporting events or at the gym taking or teaching group fitness classes.
