At just twenty-two years old, Joe purchased his first investment property. After noticing the house across the street from where he grew up was vacant, Joe researched the property and managed to purchase it from the bank before it hit the market. With the help of his parents, the house was gutted and remodeled. Afterward, he did what is known as "house hacking", and rented the spare bedrooms to friends so he could live for free. He accomplished this all while pursuing an undergraduate degree from Saint Xavier University in Chicago. This experience helped Joe discover a passion for all things real estate. The joy he felt when purchasing his first property inspired him to want to instill that same feeling in others.
With a Bachelor's in Finance, Joe has expertise in analyzing trends and data. Joe's education combined with his experience as founder of Next Wave Watersports, a Chicagoland Jet Ski Rental Company, has provided him with the necessary skills to deliver an exceptional experience to those looking to purchase or sell a property. "The skills I have developed as CEO are invaluable to me as a broker. Much like running a business, real estate transactions require experienced problem solvers to help navigate through complex situations, negotiate effectively, and provide a seamless and satisfactory experience to clients," he says. "I work closely with all my clients to create a successful outcome. As a homeowner myself, I understand that buying and selling real estate can be stressful. My goal is to reduce those stressors by providing reliable communication, 24/7 availability, and a vast knowledge of real estate and the market."
