Born in Mexico, Rosa came to the United States at the age of four and was raised by her immigrant parents in Illinois. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and has used her language skills to assist asylum seekers. Rosa graduated from the University of Chihuahua Law School. Upon graduation, she returned to the states and focused her talents on establishing what would become a successful e-commerce business.
When she's not busy working, Rosa enjoys attending local community events, reading, antique collecting, playing tennis, and spending time with family and close friends. She's happily married with two grown daughters, two cats, and one rabbit named Kiki.
