I am a full-time REALTOR® who is very familiar with the different neighborhoods in the city of Chicago and suburban areas. Having grown up in the northern suburbs of Chicago, I spent the last 21 years in the city where I lived in Lincoln Park, Lakeview, and Logan Square. I spent 20 years in education as a social worker in schools and as a special education administrator working with students with special needs. This experience has given me extremely strong communication and listening skills and a vast knowledge of different schools and school districts. I love helping first time home buyers and educating them on the home buying process and when to buy a home. I am an Accredited Buyer's Representative as well as a Senior Real Estate Specialist and the additional training has provided me insight into working with people going through various transitions in life. I also served as the Assistant Sales Manager at the Hamptons of Hinsdale during the last phase of new construction, so I have experience in new construction and development.
I am very involved in my community and am currently serving as a Condo Association board member and past president, I am on the Board of Esperanza Community Services and volunteer at Gilda's Club of Chicago. Professionally, I am a member of the Chicago Association of REALTORS®, the Illinois Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. "Staci was a pleasure to work with as first time homebuyers. She walked through the entire process and was available day and night to help answer our questions. Her calm demeanor especially helped with some of the more stressful parts of the homebuying experience. When we went into the listing for the first time Staci was prepared with many questions that we hadn’t even thought of before and it was nice to have her there an an advocate for us. She helped us arrive on a fair price that lead us to get the house in a competitive situation. We are really grateful that we had Staci to work with in our first homebuying experience"

"Staci is responsive, attentive, and knowledgeable about the Chicago area. She listened to the details that I wanted in a new home and she asked the right questions to fill in the gaps and provided me with a customized list of homes. Staci connected me with other experts who made my transition from offer to closing as smooth as possible. She always remained in communication with me, so I was aware of our progress, deadlines, and anything that I was responsible for doing to secure my new home. Above all else, Staci was honest with me throughout the process and empowered me to make the final decisions on my own."
"Staci was a fantastic help to us in the process of buying our home. We had a long, long journey to finding the right property and Staci was patient and looked out for our best interests through it all. She is highly knowledgable about the area, and kept in touch about new properties coming onto the market that we might be interested in. When we finally found the place for us, she walked us through the sometimes confusing process and made it all less stressful!"
