My Philosophy


Emotions are a powerful driving force behind most Real Estate transactions, and I will guide you to ensure decisions are made with an unclouded mind.  I'll be there to bring you up when emotions get too low, and temper expectations when emotions get too high.


When selling a home, the potential buyer that forms an emotional attachment to your home is also the one most likely to offer the highest.  It's my job as the listing agent to do all I can to create that emotional attachment, to lay the foundations so that a potential buyer can walk through your home and envision their family making memories there.  


Buying a home can be a very trying process, and it is often a process of elimination more than a process of selection.  The goal isn't to buy a house as quickly as possible for as much as you can afford, it's to buy the right house, at the right time, for the right price.  There are critical times to be patient and times to be aggressive, and I'll be there to provide sound counsel on which is appropriate.


I've had very unique exposure to both high finance and high end construction.  As a result, I am able to look past the aesthetic flash and actually differentiate between quality and average construction.  This allows me to calculate what the home is truly worth and where value is based on the level of construction and quality of materials used in the home.
