Clients are saying:

"I was a first-time home buyer with a lot of apprehension. Pam was excellent at explaining things and guiding me through the process. She was very proactive which made everything so much less stressful. I travel for work so my hours can be kind of crazy, but any time I needed her, Pam was there. When we closed on my condo, she was genuinely excited for me. I couldn’t be happier that I was able to work with Pam to buy my first home."

"Pamela is outstanding!! She knowledgeable, responsive, courteous, and professional. We used Pamela to find us a tenant during an extremely challenging time (Covid-19). Even though the market demand was very slow, she stayed on top any leads, checked in and followed up with us frequently, and was always positive. She took the time to understand our needs, gave us valuable advice, and successfully found us a renter. I highly recommend Pamela."

"Pam did an excellent job finding me a quality tenant in no time at all! She was always highly accessible and very proactive in answering my questions or informing me of new showings. Additionally, Pam did additional research to guide me on rental policies as I am a first time landlady. She continues to supply me with useful information even after we closed the deal and I appreciate her sincere focus on long term help vs. just a short term deal. I highly recommend Pam for friendly and thorough broker services!"

"Pam was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive during my search for a 1BR in Chicago! I highly recommend engaging Pam considering her expertise and professionalism - she went above and beyond coordinating safe showings in spite of the challenging COVID-19 pandemic and negotiating the best deal on my behalf. Thank you, Pam!!!"

"Pamela was extremely helpful in finding a place to live in Chicago. Particularly, this was during the shelter in place order during COVID, and many restrictions were in place when it came to looking for housing. She started off with getting to know what I was looking for in a place and kept those things in mind when it came to providing me with options. Furthermore, she was extremely responsive and timely to my emails, and when it came to reaching out to other brokers. I felt confident finding housing with Pamela. She was authentic, thoughtful, and personalized for me. I would absolutely recommend her anyone moving to the area, there is no doubt you will be happy working with her."
