With both an undergraduate business degree and an MBA, Robby spent much of his career in consulting, where he specialized in contract negotiations and client engagement. In his corporate role, Robby focused on getting the most value for his clients. He takes the same process-driven approach to real estate.
Knowing that most clients buy and sell only a few homes in their lifetime, Robby knows that communication and setting expectations are key. Robby takes his clients through a clearly defined process, helping eliminate surprises and last-minute uncertainty.
One area he focuses on is pricing. When buying and selling, Robby digs into the data to find the most relevant facts to get the pricing right. By focusing on objective data, Robby helps his clients achieve their real estate goals.
