Sondra was excited to join @properties selling residential and commercial real estate after ten plus  years in the business.  She also is the Director of the Real Estate Partner Channel with Proposed Properties, there she is responsible for enterprise sales, managing client end-to-end fulfillment of product offerings, and is a key member of executive leadership managing day-to-day decision making.
         Sondra Barrett had an early start in the real estate profession doing open houses and showings with her mother over 25 years ago on the East Coast. Even though she loved New England and living on the ocean, she packed up and traded lobster & boating for deep dish pizza & lake front bike rides.
        Sondra earned her Bachelor's degree with a concentration in business from DePaul University. She spent her early career years in the fast paced environment of the Chicago Board of Trade where she worked for 13 years in commodities, the last four of which she spent trading stocks electronically. While trading she re-discovered her real passion in real estate.
          Sondra's breadth of knowledge gives her an advantage when selling a home or working with a homebuyer. She really listens to what her clients have to say and she uses her experience and knowledge to market in unique ways. Sondra's tenacious nature and analytical nature make her an excellent advocate for her clients.  Her team motto is A Luxury Experience At Every Price Point, and she makes sure to deliver on that promise.
      Sondra now resides in the Western Suburbs, after 20 years of living in Chicago and is familiar with most areas around the city.  With experience in commercial & residential real estate & interior renovating she is also a new construction expert in her area.
      Sondra is also the President for non profit, NAIHBRS the National Association of Independent Home Builders and Real Estate Services.
