Brian Cargerman has been a veteran in the real estate industry for over 15 years, starting his career in commercial real estate while later transitioning to residential. Brian brings a unique mix of passion and expertise to the table along with an unsurpassed reputation for quality and results-oriented service. Brian has been a top producing broker in the city of Chicago ever since entering the industry back in 2014. Brian has been recognized as a Top Producer agent by the Chicago Association of Realtors from 2014 to 2019. Brian consistently ranks in the Top 2-3% of all Chicago Realtors year after year. In 2014, Brian was awarded the Chicago Association of Realtors Rookie of the Year for the entire city, ranking 1st in total volume amongst all first-year realtors. In a short period of time, Brian has been involved in more than 190 + real estate transactions and over $100 million in total sales. This experience allows Brian to provide his clients with sound advice as he knows the Chicago real estate market inside and out.


Brian joined @properties in 2020, after spending the past 6 years working at technology-powered real estate brokerage Redfin. He works with buyers, sellers and renters throughout the city of Chicago and North Shore with a focus in neighborhoods including River North, Gold Coast, Lincoln Park, South Loop, Loop, Streeterville, Lakeshore East, West Town, West Loop, Wicker Park, Bucktown, Logan Square, and Lakeview.


Brian grew up in the northern suburb of Deerfield and is a graduate of Indiana University's Kelley School of Business earning a bachelor's degree in Business Marketing. He currently resides in the West Town area with his wife Jaime and his dog Hoosier and spends his free time playing golf.
