Our knowledge of the North Shore and the city of Chicago comes from living here and being actively involved in the area for over 30 years. Maddie grew up in Evanston, attended Loyola Academy in Wilmette, and since graduating with a degree in communications from Miami University, she has lived in Lincoln Park. Maddie's organizational and marketing skills, honed during her career in wholesale sales, are critical to a smooth and successful real estate experience. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin, Annie lived in the city for ten years while working in insurance and risk management. Annie continued her career for several years after moving to the northern suburbs to start a family. Annie's strong communication skills and analytical abilities, combined with her expert negotiation skills, provide her clients with an edge when navigating competitive and ever-changing markets
