Courtney Nichols is a Sales Broker at Urbane Home, a women-owned, women-led and women-run design and development firm based in Chicago, Illinois. Courtney, a Chicago native who grew up on the North Shore, moved to the Gold Coast at the turn of the century and for the past 15 years has resided in Lincoln Park. She has a deep affinity and knowledge of Chicago and it's Northern Suburbs and a love for all things Chicago.
After receiving her B.A. in Communications from Albion College, Courtney realized her passion was in visualizing spaces and interior design. She then attended and graduated from Harrington Institute of Interior Design school in Chicago and has spent over 20 years guiding and assisting people in creating their dream home.
Courtney has now recognized that brokering real estate is the culmination of using all of her talents and creative abilities to serve in helping clients find and enjoy either their NOW home or their FOREVER home. She brings to the table her passion, love and true desire to bring clients and the home they dream of together.
Courtney enjoys traveling around the Chicago area finding new neighborhoods and supporting local restaurants and businesses. She looks forward to devoting her time to serve you in any of your real estate needs.
