Samantha was born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina. She continued on to get her education at North Carolina State University and shortly afterwards made the decision to move to the exciting city of Chicago, Illinois. Although some may say that growing up outside of where you eventually would practice real estate would be a disadvantage; Samantha would say that it is one of her greatest attributes. Some people haven't had to move somewhere new, unfamiliar, or even possibly uncomfortable but this is where Samantha's experience of moving from North Carolina to Chicago comes into play. Besides the fact the fact that Samantha is an excellent resource for anyone else relocating, having grown up outside of Chicagoland has given her the ability to successfully work with clients regardless of where they are moving from.
Prior to starting her career in Real Estate, Samantha had over 15 years of sales experience which has provided an immense value to her real estate success. If you ever ask Samantha what her proudest moments were in her sales experience, she would tell you that it was when her clients would put complete trust in her to make decision for them knowing she would make them with her client's best interest in mind. This same sentiment has carried over to her real estate career and continues the bond between Samantha and her clients. When working with Samantha her clients can expect excellent customer service, seamless communication from the first meeting to closing, and the passion to get the sale closed.
Although not from Chicago, don't think for a second that Samantha is not highly educated about Chicago and the surrounding
area markets. Samantha's husband grew up in Arlington Heights which has enabled an easy connection for Samantha to the
northwest suburbs. Between friends, family, and colleagues, there isn't an area in the northwest suburbs that Samantha is not
familiar with. The northwest suburbs of Chicago have become Samantha's second home and she is looking forward to making it
your home as well!
