Carmel

Located just north of Indianapolis, Carmel is one of the fastest-growing communities in the state of Indiana. Known as the “Roundabout Capital of the U.S.,” the city is home to more than 120 roundabouts that have been constructed since the late 1990s.

Carmel has been recognized as one of the Best Places to Live in America by Money magazine. Residents enjoy a world-renowned arts scene, local restaurants, and recreational trails such as the Monon Trail, which runs north to Westfield and south to Indianapolis.

The Palladium is an internationally-renowned concert hall featuring music for everyone’s ears, from jazz to country to symphony orchestras and more. Nearby, the Carmel City Center offers access to boutique shopping, fitness studios, spas, and salons, as well as an array of dining options. The center is also home to the Carmel Farmers Market.

The Carmel Arts & Design District is a vibrant area with shops, art galleries, showrooms, and restaurants.
