Michiana

Michiana is the southernmost town of Harbor Country and a popular vacation destination for Chicagoans. 

Approximately 65 miles from downtown Chicago, the Village of Michiana is a quiet town bordering Michigan and Indiana. Charming log cabins and quaint cottages line the winding roads, and many of these historic homes date back to the 1920s, serving as evidence of Michiana’s rich history. Waterfront homes offer vistas and sounds of Lake Michigan’s surf and are comfortably nestled along the shores of the idyllic community.

Michiana is equidistant from New Buffalo, Michigan, and Michigan City, Indiana, which offer ample opportunity to explore, dine, and engage with other relaxing communities. Grand Beach is just a couple miles north and is another center of charm for Lake Michigan real estate.
