Danny's approach to successful home marketing hinges on two factors “ generating excitement about the property, and exposing the property to the right target audience. Equipped with the latest technology in the industry, his marketing efforts span every available medium (mail, newspapers, website, e-mail, Multiple Listing Service, digital still photos, signage, video, and all platforms of social media) and his proficiency with these tools enables him to target marketing materials to effectively enhance the sale of his client's property.

When assisting buyers in finding the right home, Danny seeks to understand much more than just "the basics" (number of bedrooms, number of baths, price, neighborhood, etc.). He aims to uncover deeper and more personal needs and wants; how elements like convenience, comfort, aesthetic, style, lifestyle and security impact a person's decision to purchase. By truly hearing his clients, he is able assist them in identifying the keys to the perfect home.

Prior to entering the real estate industry Danny held the position of marketing manager for IBM. After working towards a Ph.D. in clinical psychology, he held positions as: a teacher, research analyst, hotline crisis counselor, case manager for Big Brothers/Big Sisters and small business entrepreneur.

Danny has lived in Chicago for 20 years and currently resides in Lakeview. He is an avid athlete, musician and philanthropist.
