Luke Blahnik –
Has lived in Chicago since 2006 and offers extensive expertise in strategic acquisition, thinking outside the box and getting creative in finding properties off the beaten path. Luke has a substantial background in helping clients find the best real estate investments, rehabs, and value-add projects.
Before moving over to @properties, Luke started Blahnik Properties, a full service residential brokerage in 2009 where he focused on acquiring property through distressed channels such as auction, bank owned properties, and short sales. He led the acquisition and rehab of dozens of properties, and has extensive construction experience.
Luke's current passion project is Avondale Bowl, an 8-lane vintage bowling alley in the Avondale neighborhood of Chicago, which he restored in 2019. When Luke isn't out scouting for new investment projects, he and his wife enjoy checking out new restaurants with their son in Logan Square, the neighborhood they call home.
Anthony Flora –
Moved from Spain via Indiana to Chicago in 2011 and immediately fell in love with Chicago's unique nuances. Anthony got his start in the hotel management industry and then transitioned to real estate, bringing with him an extensive hospitality and customer service acumen.
Whether it is purchasing a first home or adding a multi-unit to an investment portfolio, Anthony understands that it is about accomplishing his clients' goals, and not just a transaction taking place. He works tirelessly to find that vintage gem or a creative way to market new construction, ensuring his clients are 100% taken care of from the very first steps to far beyond the closing date.
When Anthony isn't busy being a University of Michigan football fanatic, you can catch him on the "Goaltimate" field playing competitive Frisbee or enjoying an Old Fashioned somewhere in Logan Square, where he lives.
