Stephanie Hofman and Erin Rutman are thrilled to have paired to create the Hofman Rutman Real Estate Team. They bring a combined 15 years experience in the real estate market and have successfully negotiated the closings of over 100 properties.

Both are North Shore natives, involved in their neighborhood and schools, and are well-versed in the myriad communities that make up the Northern suburbs, making them ideal partners for helping you buy or sell a home. Stephanie’s real estate skills are enhanced by her 15+ years in the fields of sales and marketing, as well as her Master’s Degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University. Her professional and educational experiences combine to make Stephanie the detail oriented, client-centric and communication focused agent that she is today.

Erin brings 15 years of marketing and sales experience to her real estate practice, as well as a keen eye for design and staging. This innate talent helps buyers envision their furniture in any new potential home, and also helps sellers to stage their home for maximum impact.

Stephanie and Erin both have the unique perspective of having been buyers and sellers in the past 6 years. They understand not just from a Realtor’s point of view but also from a client’s view the challenges of navigating today’s real estate market. Stephanie resides in the same Highland Park neighborhood she grew up in with her family, including her two high school aged children, husband and two Alaskan Malamutes. Erin makes her home in Deerfield with her two elementary school aged daughters and adorable Havanese.
