EXPERIENCE
Jim is in his twentieth year of residential real estate sales, marketing and development. He has been active in the sales and marketing consultation for private and corporate transactions including property and development branding, marketing, sales and negotiations. He is constantly keeping up with the latest trends and improvements in an effort to improve his skills in real estate development, sales and marketing. He graduated Cum Laude with a Masters of Architecture degree from The University of Illinois Chicago which is an added skill set for each of his buyer, seller, investor or development clients. He has owned and managed a design/build company since 1991 with a focus on residential real estate in Chicago and the neighboring suburbs.
