John Huebner
John transitioned his real estate sales business from Keller Williams to @Properties in 2009. He has consistently provided the highest level of customer service and expertise to his clients. Even through volatile market fluctuations, he has helped home buyers, sellers and investors thrive in value add opportunities. John has closed over 100 million in sales and is proud to have earned a seat amongst the top 1% of productive agents in the Chicago Association of Realtors. John is dedicated to servicing his client's needs and brings energy, honesty and reliability to every transaction.
Katie Kull Utterback
Katie has worked in the residential real estate market for over 10 years. During that time she's put together deals in neighborhoods throughout Chicago, but is sought after for her knowledge of the city's near north and surrounding neighborhoods. Katie has been involved with everything from first-time home buyers to experienced investors. She takes pride in the relationships she has built with her clients and focuses on creating trust and bringing value to each specific deal. Her integrity and attention to her clients needs has resulted in a business built upon their referrals. She is proud to contribute to The ThirdBLVD Team's annual production of $20+ Million. Prior to joining @properties, she was also one of the top leasing agents in Chicago. Katie lives in Logan Square with her daughter and husband, who is in the real estate property tax industry. Building strong contacts and staying involved with local and national organizations help them both to stay in tune with the constantly changing market.
Lancy Norris
Lancy is a licensed Broker, the ThirdBLVD Team's Executive Assistant and is the liaison for all clients, ensuring they are responded to and cared for in the most efficient and effective way. She is responsible for the logistics involved in scheduling all the many activities to help our clients buy or sell a home. Lancy also creates the teams marketing campaigns, advertises on social media, and ensures the daily rigors of the business operations are handled. Lancy lives in Edgebrook with her family and spends her free time cooking and dancing. She has been an excellent addition to the team in 2017.
